After 5 years of travelling the globe to manage international conferences in the aviation industry, I can say with certainty that this is my most accomplished “side hustle.” It’s been the biggest education in project management I could ever have dreamed of. I’m a planner by nature, so this came a little naturally to me, but nothing about it is easy or uncomplicated.
